- 要與家訪護士溝通護理計劃
- 你只能做護理計劃中列出的任務
- 你不應該執行病人要求你做的任何事或執行護理計劃中沒有列出的任務，除非得到許可
- 有關病人的情況，如有需要請打電話與萬有公司的護士或有合同的護士溝通
- 安全是最重要的
- 有關病人的任何變化要立即通知萬有公司的輔導員
